Authenticity

  • Yes, all products sold on newkicks are 100% authentic. We exclusively work with certified suppliers and every item undergoes strict verification before reaching you. Authenticity is our top priority.

  • Every sneaker is carefully checked before it reaches you. Our team examines details such as stitching, labels, materials, packaging, and accessories to ensure authenticity.

    Only after passing these checks are the products shipped to you.

  • Many of the sneakers we offer are released in limited quantities and sell out quickly on traditional retail sites.

    Thanks to our network of retailers and partners across Europe, we're able to source these models and make them available even after their official release.

Shipping & Delivery

  • At Newkicks, we work with reliable carriers to make sure your order reaches you safely and quickly.

    • Portugal & Spain: Deliveries are usually handled by CTT Expresso.
    • International orders: We ship with trusted partners such as UPS, DHL, or DPD.

    Delivery times

    Standard orders are typically delivered within 3 to 9 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

    Products marked “Express 48h” are already in stock at our facilities and will be shipped immediately, reaching you within 2 working days.

    Order process

    Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number. If the item isn’t currently in stock, we’ll source it through our network of verified retail partners. As soon as your pair arrives at our facilities, we carry out the necessary checks and then ship it to your address. At that point, you’ll receive a tracking number by email to follow your parcel’s progress.

    Multiple products in one order

    If your order contains several items, they may be shipped separately so that you receive each pair as quickly as possible.

  • Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 9 working days. Products marked “Express 48h” arrive within 2 working days.

    Foreign shipping could take up to 14 business days.

    Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.

  • Yes, we offer free shipping for new customers.

  • Yes, we ship our products all over Europe.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Yes. You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. The product must be unworn, in the same condition as delivered, and returned in its original packaging. Once we receive and check the item, your refund will be processed within 24 to 72 hours, using the same payment method as your purchase.

    Note: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Yes. You also have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. The item must be in the same condition in which it was sent. After we receive and verify it, we will ship your replacement product.
